Looking for a part-time veterinary role with a great balance of clinical variety, autonomy and flexibility?

Koru Vets is looking for an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian to join the team for a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract, working approximately 3 days per week.

You’ll enjoy a varied GP caseload across consulting and surgery, with some sole-charge work. You’ll be joining an established practice with a loyal client base and an experienced team.

About you

We’re looking for a confident Small Animal GP Vet with approximately 3–5 years’ experience who is comfortable managing consultations, surgery and some sole-charge work.

You’ll need a BVSc or equivalent and eligibility to practise in New Zealand. Advanced surgical skills would be highly regarded, but aren’t essential.

Flexibility across the fixed-term period will be important, along with a collaborative approach and commitment to providing great patient and client care.
