We're a modern, purpose-built veterinary clinic in Rockdale, opened 3 years ago and currently in an exciting growth phase. We are now seeking a Veterinary Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and help drive exceptional patient care, client experience, and team culture.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role combining clinical nursing with team management. You will work closely with the veterinarians and practice leadership to:

• Lead, mentor, and support our nursing team
• Set and maintain high clinical and Fear Free standards
• Oversee daily nursing operations and workflow
• Assist with nurse training, onboarding, and development
• Be a positive, calm, and approachable leader on the floor
• Help shape systems, protocols, and clinic culture as we grow

About You

We are looking for a confident, compassionate nurse who enjoys leadership and teamwork.

You will ideally have:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience (leadership or senior nurse experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A calm, positive leadership style
• A genuine passion for patient welfare and client care
• Motivation to help grow and support a high-performing team
