Exciting things are happening at Swan Valley Vet Centre, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing leadership team.

About us

Located in the beautiful Swan Valley, we operate two purpose-built clinics in West Swan and Bullsbrook, offering modern facilities, advanced equipment and a diverse caseload. Our West Swan clinic provides advanced diagnostics, surgery and CT imaging, while Bullsbrook offers unique facilities catering to both companion animals and livestock.

About the role

As Team Leader, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team, supporting the nursing team, helping drive high standards and contributing to the continued growth and development of the clinic.

You’ll remain hands-on clinically while taking on leadership responsibilities, including:

• Leading, mentoring and developing the nursing team.
• Supporting daily workflow and clinic operations.
• Promoting a positive, accountable and high-performing culture.
• Identifying opportunities to improve patient care and clinic standards.
• Supporting the team through ongoing growth and change.
• Working collaboratively with the wider leadership and veterinary teams

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in veterinary nursing, with leadership experience highly regarded.
• Confident, resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organised and solutions focused.
• Passionate about mentoring and developing others.
• A strong communicator who leads by example.
• Excited by growth, change and the opportunity to make a difference.

An interest in social media and clinic marketing would also be highly regarded.
