We're now looking for a dedicated and organized Practice Manager to join our team, lead clinic operations, and help support our vibrant practice.

 The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who loves variety, excels at leadership, and wants to enjoy a lifestyle that's a little different from the everyday. As our Practice Manager, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, manage administration, provide reception cover, and lead our clinic team to success.

• Flexible working pattern: A 4-day working week with one agreed RDO, plus occasional weekend shifts on reception for half a day

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you bring:

• A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) and previous experience working as a Veterinary Nurse
• Previous leadership experience, or a strong desire to step into a leadership role with the support of an experienced team
• A passion for remaining hands-on clinically while leading and developing others
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy practice
• Confidence, resilience and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
• An interest in contributing to the operational and commercial success of the clinic
• A genuine interest in becoming part of a close-knit island community and building lasting relationships with clients
