At Lismore Veterinary Clinic, we’ve been caring for the animals of the Northern Rivers for over 70 years! We are a friendly, highly skilled team passionate about delivering top-tier diagnostic, surgical, and preventative care. Whether you prefer purely small animal work or enjoy getting hands-on with farm animals and wildlife, you’ll fit right into our well-equipped, welcoming practice with full team support throughout your shift.

The Opportunity:

• Availability: Full 5-week block preferred, but interest in individual block-week coverage is warmly welcomed
• Dates: 12th October – 16th November
• Scope: Consultations and surgery
• Caseload: Mixed practice (approx. 10% large animal), but small animal–only vets are strongly encouraged to apply
• Support: Team environment with no sole charge
• Schedule: Full-time hours including occasional Saturdays
• After Hours: On-call availability is desirable, but not required

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognised in Australia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic
