Are you an experienced veterinarian ready to thrive in a supportive, high-calibre practice where work-life balance is our reality. At Challenger Veterinary Hospital, we have created a family of passionate professionals in a privately owned, purpose-built clinic that has been recently expanded with major extensions. We have been ranked in the top 10% of WA practices by the Veterinary Practice Board of WA.

If you excel at building lasting client bonds through excellent communication and care, with strong interpersonal skills to develop loyal, satisfied clients who value our services, this is your dream role. We don't set or measure KPIs; our only measure of success is the genuine 5-star Google Reviews that come from our outstanding care.

Ultrasound and/or orthopaedic expertise plus general surgery skills are highly valued bonuses but not essential. What matters most: you're a strong team player, committed to evidence-based medicine, the best diagnostics, a collaborative approach, genuinely caring about your patient and creating happy, bonded clients.

What Makes Us Stand Out:

• True Work-Life Balance: No after-hours, no sole charge, no public holidays, a flexible roster with 20-minute consults.
• Cutting-Edge Facilities: Digital X-ray, new Omega MyLab ultrasound, Zeiss digital microscope with camera, in-house blood machines, two surgical theatres, dedicated dental suite.
• Role Flexibility: Consulting-only or mixed with surgery – we play to your strengths.
• Professional Growth: CPD fully funded, Board fees paid, free vet services for your pets.
• Fun Team Culture: Muzz Buzz Fridays, regular morning teas, inclusive vibe with humour and positivity.
• Location: <40 mins south of Perth CBD – beaches, cafes, restaurants, outdoor adventures.

Who We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' small animal experience.
• Confident in medicine, diagnostics, case management.
• Passionate team player with positive attitude and a sense of humour.
• Full registration with the Veterinary Practice Board of Western Australia (or eligibility).

✅ Proven Sponsorship & Relocation Support: We are fully registered to sponsor overseas veterinarians and have successfully sponsored 3 staff to permanent residency. Relocation assistance available for suitable candidates from interstate or overseas - package negotiable for the right person.

Enjoy a supportive environment where you can grow, deliver meaningful care, and live Western Australia's unbeatable lifestyle. Full-time or part-time - we'll find the perfect fit.
